Cancelation Policy

1) If you cancel your lesson three or more hours before it was scheduled, you can schedule a make up lesson. Leaving a message on our voice mail or a text message sent to (818) 704-5777 is sufficient. Since the delivery time is unpredictable, please do not cancel only by email.

2) If you are paying the monthly rate, you can carry the make up lesson credit over to the next month.

3) Anytime you do not show up for a lesson (either in-person, or online) without calling to cancel that lesson at least three hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged for that lesson. An occasional exception is made for true emergencies.

4) If you cancel frequently, we may not be willing to offer you a permanent weekly time slot.

5) At the end of the month, if you are paying monthly, it will be assumed that you will be continuing with your lessons on the same day, and at the same time the following month. If you are planning to discontinue your lessons, please be sure to tell us.
